RFP # 726DVR7507 - Full-Service Grill & Espresso Beverage Concession Business

The Department of Labor and Workforce Development, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, Business Enterprise Program (BEP) is soliciting proposals to operate a Full-Service Grill & Espresso Beverage Concession business located inside the National Guard Armory in Alaska. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing high-quality food and beverage services, maintaining the facility, and adhering to all health and safety requirements. The contract term is approximately 365 days, with the option for renewal. The BEP is seeking a qualified contractor with experience in operating a full-service food and beverage concession business, preferably with experience working with governmental or non-profit agencies. Some key responsibilities of the contractor include: • Providing a quality coffee/espresso beverage and food service • Maintaining the facility and equipment • Adhering to all health and safety requirements • Cooperating with the building manager and occupants • Submitting weekly and monthly financial reports • Paying a percentage of gross revenues to the BEP
