Cherokee Nation Entertainment is seeking a qualified vendor to install, secure, display, then later remove and store a comprehensive set of Christmas decorations—including multiple trees, wreaths, garlands, bells, and other accessories—throughout the West Siloam Springs Casino property. The contractor must supply all tools, ladders and possess man‑lift training, provide proof of insurance, and adhere to the property’s safety standards. Installation is slated for the week of November 23‑24 2026 (with limited early work Nov 16‑18), and tear‑down will occur Dec 28‑29 2026. The scope covers roughly 30 distinct décor items, requiring coordinated logistics, on‑site setup, and post‑season storage.
