PEPRO Communications Shelter-Wallowa Whitman NF

The USDA Forest Service is seeking a vendor to manufacture, deliver, and install a 6x6 PEPRO Communications Shelter with a 68’ platform tower and 12’ extension for the Wallowa Mountain Office, Wallowa-Whitman NF. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price purchase order, and the vendor must be capable of completing the work within 24 months of contract award. The solicitation includes a Bill of Materials (BOM) that outlines the required items and delivery locations. • The vendor must provide a technical proposal, price proposal, and contractor representations and certifications. • The technical proposal must address the evaluation factors in FAR 52.212-2 and include past performance information and technical capability. • The price proposal must include the completed Schedule of Items from Section B of the solicitation. • The contractor representations and certifications must be completed and returned with the offer.
