Description
This solicitation calls for a small‑business firm to replace and service garage doors at two USDA‑Forest Service facilities in the Coconino National Forest, Flagstaff, AZ. The work includes full replacement of seven doors, general service and lubrication of eleven doors, installation of flexible seal strips, and provision of insulated glass windows on select doors. The contractor must also submit weekly progress reports, operation & maintenance manuals, and warranty documentation, and must be able to complete the work within a 90‑day performance period.
• Replace 3 garage doors at Peaks and 4 doors at the Mormon Lake Work Center, with some doors including 24‑in × 12‑in insulated glass windows.
• Provide general service, lubrication, and new flexible seal strips for 11 additional doors.
• Deliver weekly progress reports, QA/QC plans, product data, O&M manuals, and a minimum industry‑standard warranty; perform all work under a firm‑fixed‑price contract valued between $25 k and $100 k.
