This Sources Sought Notice seeks commercial tailoring firms capable of providing military uniform alterations and insignia attachment services for the Illinois Army National Guard. The USPFO is conducting market research to evaluate interest and capability for potential Blanket Purchase Agreements, firm‑fixed‑price contracts, or micro‑purchases via GPC. Services must comply with Army Regulation 670‑1 and AR 700‑84 and adhere to capped AAFES alteration rates.
