Project Bradley Lake Hydro Project Special Audit (IRFP)

Alaska Energy Authority is seeking a qualified firm to perform a special‑purpose financial‑statement audit of the Bradley Lake Hydroelectric Project’s operating and revenue funds, in compliance with the Power Revenue Bond Resolution. The contractor will deliver annual audit reports, conduct fieldwork in early November, and issue final reports in early December for each fiscal year, with an initial one‑year contract term and up to two one‑year renewal options. • Perform a full audit of BPMC operating and revenue funds following state and federal accounting standards. • Provide seven hard‑copy audit report copies plus an electronic version each year. • Complete fieldwork the first week of November and deliver the final report the first week of December for each audit year. • Meet small‑procurement requirements (≤ $200 k) and comply with all standard certifications, insurance, and de‑barment statements. • Option to extend the contract for two additional one‑year periods, potentially covering up to three years of service.
