The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting a single‑award, firm‑fixed‑price contract to replace the roof on Building 347 at the Palo Alto VA Medical Center – Menlo Park. The work includes demolition of existing roof membranes, removal of debris, and installation of a new roofing system (single‑ply, built‑up, or fluid‑applied) on approximately 12,000 sq ft of flat‑roof sections, along with related HVAC duct and electrical grounding work. The contractor must meet all VA, OSHA, NFPA, and applicable building code requirements, provide a five‑year warranty, and manage construction‑waste diversion (≥ 50 % diversion).
