This solicitation is a Quick‑Quote sole‑source purchase for the annual renewal of support services for the “AppEnhancer” software application. The State of Alabama intends to maintain the existing software support contract for up to five years, provided the total contract value does not exceed $25,000. Vendors must be registered in Alabama Buys, be able to receive electronic payments, and meet E‑Verify requirements if they have employees in Alabama. The award will be a simple renewal of the existing agreement with no competitive bidding process.
