FIRE CONTROL RADAR (FCR)

This sole‑source, five‑year (plus one optional six‑month extension) firm‑fixed‑price/CPFF contract provides Performance‑Based Life‑Cycle Contractor Support (LCCS) for the Apache AH‑64 Fire‑Control Radar (FCR). The award will be made to Lockheed Martin Corporation to sustain, repair, and modernize the FCR subsystem across the fleet, deliver logistics and data‑reporting deliverables, and manage obsolescence, safety, and engineering change activities. • Supply support, spare‑parts provisioning, and depot‑level repair of FCR components. • Mandatory data reporting via CDRLs (safety items, hazardous‑materials, obsolescence alerts, BOMs, cost‑hour reports, etc.) using the CADE portal and electronic formats. • Compliance with Secret‑level security requirements, including facility clearance, personnel investigations, and handling of classified technical data. • Annual and option‑year reporting obligations (monthly LMI, quarterly obsolescence, annual BOM, cost data, and event‑driven engineering change proposals). • Contract administration through WAWF invoicing, Small‑Business Subcontracting Plan, and strict data‑rights clauses.
