The venue must be located in one of the following Minnesota counties: Stearns, Benton, Sherburne, Morrison, or Mille Lacs, and must provide audio-visual equipment and onsite parking. The contract term is anticipated to be from August 21, 2026, to December 31, 2027, with the option to extend up to an additional 12 months. Some key points to consider include: * The State reserves the right to inspect the facility prior to award and may reject a responder for issues including odors, damaged furniture, or unsanitary conditions. * Responders must provide samples of transaction documents proposed for use under the resulting contract. * The State will evaluate responses based on factors including acceptance of State's terms and conditions, cancellation policy, cost detail, audio-visual equipment, and free parking. * The State reserves the right to negotiate with the highest scoring responder and to terminate negotiations if an agreement cannot be reached.
