Hanford Tank Waste Operations & Closure, LLC (H2C) is seeking proposals to establish a Blanket Master Agreement (BMA) for Vadose Drilling Services at Hanford Tank Farms. The work supports H2C’s prime contract with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Hanford Field Office and will involve drilling, well installation, and related services to facilitate tank waste retrieval and remediation activities. This is a long‑term agreement intended to provide on‑call drilling capabilities across multiple tank farm sites. • Scope includes vadose (vacuum‑assisted) drilling, well installation, and associated testing/validation for underground tank farms. • Work is performed at the Hanford Site (Richland, WA) and must comply with DOE and DOE‑Hanford safety and environmental regulations. • Contractor must be capable of mobilizing specialized drilling equipment and maintaining readiness for rapid response under a BMA framework.
