Description
The U.S. Army at Fort Bliss is seeking a small‑business contractor to provide portable sanitation solutions for the 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team (3ABCT) during a short‑term deployment in November‑December 2026. The contract will cover delivery, installation, daily servicing, waste disposal, and eventual pickup of 291 portable latrines and 115 hand‑wash stations across multiple grid locations on the installation. The contractor must also be able to respond to emergency repairs, relocate units within a three‑mile radius on short notice, and conduct environmental spill remediation within defined timeframes. All work is to be performed under a Firm‑Fixed‑Price (FFP) arrangement with a strict service window of 08:30‑18:30 Monday‑Friday.
• Deliver 291 portable latrines and 115 hand‑wash stations, ensuring they are operational by 08:30 on start date.
• Perform daily cleaning, waste pumping, sanitization, and restocking (Mon/Wed/Fri) between 08:30‑18:30.
• Provide 24‑hour emergency response, 48‑hour relocation, and 72‑hour spill‑cleanup capabilities at no extra cost.
