Sign Blanks

The City of Asheville is seeking a 12‑month firm‑price contract (with two optional 12‑month extensions) to supply a complete line of sign‑related products, including aluminum sign blanks, traffic‑sign faces, reflective sheeting, brackets, and related accessories. All items must conform to MUTCD, NCDOT, FHWA, and ASTM standards and be delivered FOB Destination to the City’s Public Works Department. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder; discounts are not evaluated. Payments are net‑30 days with sales tax shown separately, and no fuel surcharges are allowed in the first year.
