The City of Alexandria, LA and its utility arm (Alexandria Utility Systems) are seeking competitive sealed proposals to supply a comprehensive geospatial solution that includes:
• Street‑level spherical imagery captured at high resolution.
• Panoramic video coverage of municipal roadways.
• A LiDAR‑based mobile asset inventory platform to create an up‑to‑date 3‑D model of city assets.
Vendors may bid on any single component or on an integrated solution; the city reserves the right to award separate contracts for each element. The scope therefore covers data acquisition, processing, mapping, and platform development, with potential for ongoing maintenance or data‑hosting services.
