Parks Events Security

The City of North Las Vegas is seeking a qualified security services provider to deliver comprehensive event security for Craig Ranch Regional Park, Craig Ranch Amphitheater, and other city parks. The contract covers crowd management, access control, VIP protection, surveillance, emergency response, incident documentation, and related equipment and reporting. Staffing requirements include licensed guards, supervisors (1 per 10 guards), and event managers, with rates for standard, overtime, and specified holiday pay to be submitted by respondents. The provider must carry substantial insurance, comply with Nevada labor and safety regulations, and submit a fully electronic proposal with multiple mandatory exhibits. • Provide unarmed security personnel (20‑100+ guards per event) and supervisors for 55‑70 large events annually, including concerts and festivals. • Deliver equipment (radios, metal‑detectors, ID scanners, uniforms, vehicles/golf‑carts as needed) and electronic reporting tools, and maintain 13‑holiday pay schedule. • Meet stringent insurance thresholds (CGL $3 M, Auto $1 M, Professional Liability $2 M) and submit required certifications, including the “no boycott of Israel” statement.
