Athletic & Extracurricular Supplies and Equipment

The Sherman Independent School District is seeking sealed proposals for the purchase of athletic supplies, services, and equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, athletic sports and training, PE, dance and cheer, band, award jacket and awards, uniforms, apparel, accessories, and monogramming/embroidery service. The contract will be awarded to multiple vendors, and the district reserves the right to negotiate with any or all respondents. The term of the contract will be from June 6, 2024, through June 30, 2030. • The contract includes various athletic and extracurricular supplies and equipment • The district reserves the right to negotiate with any or all respondents • The term of the contract is approximately 4 years • The contract will be awarded to multiple vendors • The district is exempt from federal excise tax and state tax
