Athletic & Extracurricular Supplies and Equipment

The Sherman Independent School District is seeking sealed proposals for the purchase of athletic supplies, services, and equipment. This includes athletic sports and training, PE, dance and cheer, band, award jacket and awards, uniforms, apparel, accessories, and monogramming/embroidery service. The contract will be a multiple award contract, and the term will be from June 6, 2024, through June 30, 2030. * Key items to be purchased include athletic equipment and supplies, uniforms, and awards * The contract will be awarded based on best value, considering factors such as price, quality, and vendor reputation * The district reserves the right to negotiate with respondents and accept or reject any proposals * Vendors must agree to protect, defend, and hold harmless the district from any suits or demands for payment related to the use of patented materials or services
