Audio-Visual (AV) Support Services for Public Meetings - Maui

The Hawaii Public Utilities Commission (PUC) is seeking a qualified Audio‑Visual (AV) contractor to provide all equipment, labor, technical support, and internet connectivity required to conduct approximately ten hybrid or in‑person public meetings across Maui County (six on Maui, two on Lānaʻi, two on Molokai). The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, indefinite‑quantity agreement for an initial one‑year term with an optional one‑year extension. Pricing must be submitted in fixed‑price blocks (4‑hour and 8‑hour recording only, 4‑hour and 8‑hour hybrid support) and will cover all labor, equipment, travel, setup, breakdown, and incidentals. The contractor must also recommend suitable meeting venues (capacity up to 50) throughout the islands and provide updated venue lists annually.
