U.S. Consulate Sao Paulo – Promotion of Food and Beverage Items Imported from the United States in Brazilian Sam's Clubs

The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Trade Office (ATO) seeks a qualified vendor to design and implement an in-store promotional campaign to increase the visibility of, and consumer demand for, American food and beverage products sold in Sam's Club locations throughout Brazil. The campaign should be designed to appeal to consumers and may include multiple displays, staffed promotions, and tastings. The vendor will be responsible for coordinating with Sam's Club, designing and implementing the campaign, and providing weekly written status updates to the ATO. The contract will be awarded to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price.
