Single Family Master Servicer and Sub-Servicer

The Washington State Housing Finance Commission is seeking proposals from qualified entities to act as both a master loan servicer and a sub‑servicer for its Single‑Family Home Advantage and House Key programs. The contractor will purchase, pool, and securitize mortgage loans, provide full loan servicing (including second‑lien/​down‑payment‑assistance loans), deliver extensive reporting, and maintain lender and borrower web portals with stringent security and availability requirements.
