Northern State University seeks a single‑vendor Managed Print Services (MPS) provider to assume full lifecycle responsibility for its campus printer fleet (approximately 65 devices). The vendor must deliver, install, maintain, and support the printers, provide a print‑management platform (compatible with or replacing the existing PaperCut MF system), handle consumables, and ensure security hardening.
