Printing and Mailing of Notices for the Assessor

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain proposals and professional services for the printing, mailing, and electronic delivery of statutorily required notices and other mailings for the Coconino County Assessor’s Office. The selected vendor shall provide mass printing and mailing services, handle variable data printing, address verification, and high-volume mail production, and provide electronic delivery and text notification options. The vendor must also ensure data security and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local health, environmental, and safety laws, regulations, standards, and ordinances. • The contract will be for a term of approximately 4 years, from the date of approval through June 30, 2030. • The vendor must have experience in providing similar services and must be able to provide reliable, timely, and accurate printing and distribution services. • The vendor must also be able to provide proof samples for County review and approval prior to each mailing and ensure consistent, accurate, and professional presentation of all materials.
