Description
The City of Raleigh is seeking qualified contractors to provide small‑scale concrete repair services—including sidewalks, curbs, gutters, ADA ramps and driveways—in six surrounding municipalities (Wake Forest, Rolesville, Knightdale, Wendell, Zebulon, and Garner). Work must comply with local specifications (e.g., NCDOT standards) and be completed within 15 business days of notification. Pricing is to be submitted per square foot and must include all permits, material removal, disposal, backfill, and site restoration (seeding, strawing). The contract will be open for one year after award, and the solicitation is valid through November 4, 2026.
