Description
The Town of Granite Falls, NC is establishing a five‑year on‑call pool of professional firms to provide engineering, surveying, architectural, planning, environmental, construction administration, grant assistance and related services on an as‑needed basis. Firms will submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) by 16 Oct 2026; the Town will select multiple firms across service categories and negotiate fees per assignment. No guaranteed minimum work or compensation is offered. The agreement may be extended an additional three years, for a maximum term of eight years. Firms must be licensed in North Carolina and demonstrate municipal experience, technical expertise, and responsiveness.
• On‑call master agreements (5‑year term, optional 3‑year extension)
• Services include civil, water, wastewater, stormwater, surveying, architectural, planning, environmental, GIS, and grant assistance
• Selection based on qualifications only; price considered only after award of a specific task order
• Multiple firms may be selected; firms must maintain appropriate licenses and insurance
• Submission deadline: 16 Oct 2026; opening date 18 Sep 2026
• No pre‑bid meeting or site visit required
