This solicitation establishes a statewide term contract for the supply of a broad range of custom‑branded promotional merchandise to any South Carolina public‑procurement unit. Vendors must submit catalog‑based list prices with a discount for each item, provide customization set‑up fees, and meet minimum order quantities across ten product categories. Up to two vendors per category will be awarded based on the lowest evaluated amount, with a contract term of one year plus four optional one‑year renewals (maximum five years). • Ten product categories include bags & totes, beverage & drinkware, outdoor leisure items, awards, educational toys, wellness & safety products, customized supplies, apparel, writing instruments, and miscellaneous items. • Vendors must be registered South Carolina suppliers, furnish public price lists, and be able to perform screen‑printing, embroidery, or other imprint services. • The contract includes a 1.25 % administrative services fee payable quarterly and is subject to quarterly reporting and potential state audits.
