CITYWIDE CONSULTANT ROSTER: Race and Social Justice Consulting

The City of Seattle is seeking eligible consultants to establish a roster of qualified consultants for race and social justice related consulting services. The roster will be used by City departments to contract with consultants for assignments or projects without a formal, advertised competitive process. Consultants must meet minimum qualifications, including having completed three or more projects that fall under the scope of work description for the roster category they are applying to, and having the required professional licenses, certificates, and education to perform the type of work being sought. The City is looking for consultants with experience in areas such as ethnic community outreach, ethnic media, race or social justice consulting, and WMBE recruitment. • Ethnic Community Outreach Experts: consulting specializing in the use of ethnic media to reach local ethnic communities, immigrant & refugee populations. • Ethnic Media Direct - TV, Radio, Print, etc.: TV, newspapers, radio stations, TV stations, or other print media specifically oriented to ethnic, immigrants or refugees. • Race or social Justice Consultants or Practitioners: consulting around a range of disciplines that specialize in enhancing the practice of multiculturalism or the specific knowledge or experience in a wide variety of models to address training for racial inclusion or equity. • WMBE - Experts in WMBE Recruitment: connecting WMBE subs to Primes, particularly for construction, Architecture & Engineering (A&E) or other consultant fields.
