Ice & Water Machine Rental

The Kansas Department for Children and Families is seeking competitive bid proposals from qualified vendors to lease ice and water dispensing machines, including maintenance and service, for multiple locations throughout the state of Kansas. The contract term will be for five years from the date of award, with the option to renew for four additional twelve-month periods. Vendors will provide a monthly leasing rate for rental of each machine, including service and maintenance costs. The state reserves the right to award to multiple vendors. Key considerations include the ability to service the entire state of Kansas, technical assistance, and maintenance schedules. • The lease should include maintenance and service for the machines. • The vendor should provide phone support for facility personnel. • The vendor should provide a warranty for the machines and filter systems. • The vendor should provide technical assistance for the selection of correctly sized ice machines, bins, filter systems, and cartridges. • The vendor should provide maintenance and repair services for the equipment.
