The Florida Department of Transportation’s Turnpike Enterprise is issuing a single‑source procurement for technical support, hardware maintenance, and software services to keep its Transaction Host (TRH) environment and roadside tolling systems operational for the next two years. V2X Aerospace LLC, the sole provider of proprietary hardware and software components, will deliver on‑as‑needed support, repairs, upgrades, and integration services for toll lane equipment such as Transaction Image Processors, Roadside Controller Units, cameras, OCR engines, and related subsystems. The contract value may not exceed $5.95 million. • Scope: Maintenance and support of tolling hardware (TIP, RCU, sensors, cameras) and proprietary software (TRH, UFM, MOMS). • Services: Software defect troubleshooting, code fixes, testing, data recovery, knowledge transfer, system upgrades, and integration of new technologies. • Duration: 2‑year term, with services provided on an as‑needed basis. • Location: Services performed at Florida’s Turnpike facilities (Ocoee, FL) and potentially onsite at tolling sites statewide. • Funding: Not to exceed $5,950,000.
