The Delaware Workforce Development Board (DWDB) is seeking a qualified provider to deliver the “Learning for Careers” (LFC) program – a state‑funded, cost‑reimbursement grant aimed at high‑quality occupational‑skills training and paid work‑based learning for Delaware youth ages 14‑24. The vendor must partner with multiple employers and at least one local education agency, conduct assessments, develop student success plans, and report all participant activity through Delaware JobLink. Performance is measured by enrollment, completion, credential attainment, earnings, and timely employment outcomes.
