90925 Aboveground Storage Tank Corrosion & Integrity Testing Services

The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive corrosion and integrity testing services for its above‑ground storage tanks. The work will be performed under the eRSP electronic procurement system, with all submissions required to be electronic. The contract will cover inspection, non‑destructive testing, data analysis, reporting, and recommendations for remediation to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. • Scope includes visual inspections, ultrasonic thickness testing, magnetic particle testing, and any other applicable NDT methods. • Deliverables: detailed test reports, corrosion assessment, integrity ratings, and a maintenance/repair recommendation plan for each tank. • Services must be performed on LADWP‑owned tanks located throughout the Los Angeles service area. • Vendor must have proven experience with above‑ground storage tank integrity assessments and possess relevant certifications (e.g., API 653, ASME). • All work must be completed and final reports submitted by the contract end date.
