Description
The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) issued an RFI to gather industry feedback on its upcoming Personnel Vetting (PV) Fieldwork Services contract. The contract will be a single‑award, firm‑fixed‑unit‑price IDIQ with a 5‑year base period and up to five one‑year options, covering low, moderate, and high‑tier background investigations, record searches, continuous‑vetting alerts, and related training and reporting. Work will be performed virtually nationwide with occasional in‑person assignments at DCSA facilities (Boyers, PA; Ft. Meade, MD; Quantico, VA). Contractors must maintain a TOP‑SECRET facility clearance, have cleared personnel, and comply with CMMC Level 2 and strict PII handling requirements. The RFI response deadline is 5 PM EST on Nov 4 2026; award is anticipated in July 2027.
