This solicitation seeks a one‑year renewal of 25 Allison DOC Premium software licences for the Port Authority of Allegheny County’s transit operations. The vendor must be an authorized Allison reseller, provide all required end‑user license and support agreements, and carry the mandated insurance (CGL $4M, Umbrella $1M, Cyber $3M). Delivery of the licences must occur immediately after the Notice to Proceed, with no training required, and the contractor must supply a point‑of‑contact for support.
