SEASIDE PARK BATHHOUSE – STABLES – SURROUNDING GROUNDS

The City of Bridgeport is seeking proposals for the development, renovation, and operation of the Seaside Park bathhouse, former stable buildings, and surrounding grounds as a restaurant, catering facility, seasonal concession, and/or entertainment venue. The areas available for development include the bathhouse building, immediate grounds, adjacent stable buildings, and the nearby parking lot. Respondents may submit proposals for any single portion or combination of the available areas. The City anticipates entering into a lease with the selected entity for a term of at least ten years. Key aspects of the proposal include: • History of successful experience • Financial capacity • Quality of concept and business plan • Proposed lease payment amount • Plan to reconfigure the parking lot and park permit checkpoint • Detailed phasing plan for the project (if proposing multiple portions) The City reserves the right to reject any or all responses and to cancel this solicitation at its sole discretion without liability.
