Description
The Saint Louis County Government is seeking proposals for a Golf Management Company to manage the Eagle Springs Golf Course. The selected company will be responsible for maintaining and operating the golf course, including providing services such as golf course maintenance, food and beverage services, and event management. The contract will be for a term of 10 years, with two optional 10-year renewal periods. The company will be required to make annual capital improvements to the golf course, with a minimum expenditure based on a percentage of gross revenue.
• The company must have at least three years of experience in golf course management and banquet facility food service management.
• The company must have the necessary licenses to manage a golf course and banquet facility in the State of Missouri and St. Louis County.
• The company will be responsible for paying all utilities, permits, and fees associated with the golf course.
• The company will be required to provide a detailed pricing proposal, including all costs associated with providing the services.
• The company will be evaluated based on their qualifications, proposed approach, experience, and price.
