Special Effects for Sporting Events

Texas A&M University Athletics seeks a qualified partner to provide comprehensive special‑effects services—including fireworks, pyrotechnics, CO₂/cryogenic jets, fog machines, and related equipment—for all home football games at Kyle Field and additional on‑campus athletic events (soccer, baseball, softball, track & field, basketball, etc.). The contract is a five‑year, single‑award agreement requiring a minimum of 15 fireworks firing positions per football game, a robust inventory of licensed technicians, and $10 million liability insurance. Proposals must be submitted electronically by the September 17, 2026 deadline and will be evaluated on experience, technical capability, pricing, and compliance with insurance and subcontracting requirements.
