Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC)Training for the City & Borough of Juneau, (CBJ or City) Capital City Fire and Rescue (CCFR)

The City and Borough of Juneau (CBJ) is seeking proposals from highly qualified consultants to provide Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) training for the Capital City Fire and Rescue (CCFR) personnel in coordination with local law enforcement partners. The training will include two separate, two-day TECC courses, each consisting of approximately 16 instructional hours, followed by a multi-agency large-scale training scenario and structured debrief. The contractor must have professional-level experience in training first responder personnel in Tactical Emergency Casualty Care. • The contractor will deliver two TECC courses, each consisting of 16 instructional hours. • The contractor will assist in facilitating or supporting a large-scale integrated training scenario and structured debrief. • The contractor must provide qualified TECC instructors certified through NAEMT or an equivalent nationally recognized program. • The contractor must provide all instructional materials and student materials. • The contractor must provide skills training equipment necessary for course delivery.
