Environmental Health Lobby and Office Upgrades Design

The County of Missoula is seeking a qualified architectural/engineering firm to provide full‑service design and construction‑administration for a lobby and office renovation within the Missoula Public Health Environmental Health Division building. The scope includes schematic design, detailed construction documents, permit coordination, and ongoing construction‑admin support through project close‑out. The renovation must address ADA compliance, modern interior finishes, integration with the County’s security access system, and optional structural analysis for the water lab and north‑western office areas. The contract will run from award (late January 2026) through June 30 2027. • Design services: schematic, design development, construction‑drawings, cost estimating, permitting. • Construction‑administration: submittal review, RFIs, pay‑application reviews, punch‑list assistance, substantial‑completion certification. • Budget: $350,000 construction cost; design & admin fees to be expressed as percentages of that amount. • Evaluation: 40 pts qualifications, 60 pts cost proposal; preference given to disadvantaged businesses, local apprentices, and Missoula‑based firms.
