Rate Design Consultant

The Citizens' Utility Ratepayer Board is seeking a Rate Design Consultant to provide services in various electric and natural gas cases. The consultant will analyze utility applications, send out discovery requests, analyze responses, advise CURB staff, prepare testimony, and assist in preparing cross-examination and briefs. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with the option to renew for up to 4 additional years. The consultant will be reimbursed at hourly rates, with estimated hours ranging from 100 to 500 hours per project. • The consultant will provide a technical proposal, including a description of their approach and methodology. • The consultant will provide a cost proposal, including hourly rates and estimated hours. • The consultant will provide references and a description of their experience and qualifications. • The consultant will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including anti-discrimination laws and regulations.
