Commercial Food Products

The State of North Dakota’s State Procurement Office is seeking three vendors to provide a statewide contract for commercial food products to serve prisons, hospitals, veterans homes, youth correctional facilities, and other state entities. The contract will cover a market‑basket of roughly 110 core items plus additional “mark‑up” items, requiring USDA‑grade quality, FOB‑destination pricing, and a secure web‑based ordering portal.
