The State of North Dakota is seeking a statewide courier service provider to transport mail, specimens, pallets, and occasional temperature‑controlled sample coolers for multiple state agencies, correctional facilities, and health‑care sites. The contract is a cooperative purchase that can be used by other public entities across the state.
