RFB#UMAPP26-016 Confined Space/Heights Rescue

The University of Massachusetts Amherst seeks a qualified vendor to provide technical rescue services for confined‑space entries and high‑angle (height) incidents across its Amherst campus (and possible satellite sites). The contractor must staff a rapid‑response team (minimum two rescue technicians plus an EMT/Paramedic) and supply all required rescue equipment, atmospheric monitoring, communication, and safety gear. Work is performed on an as‑needed basis with a 4‑hour response requirement, and the contract is structured as a lump‑sum (firm‑fixed‑price) or time‑and‑material arrangement lasting approximately one year.
