The County of Gwinnett is seeking a qualified contractor to provide on‑call bypass pumping services for its water and wastewater infrastructure. The contractor must supply, install, operate, and maintain a full inventory of pumps, generators, hoses, fittings, and ancillary equipment, and provide trained personnel to respond to both routine and emergency situations. • Supply and maintain a diverse fleet of self‑priming diesel, high‑head, submersible hydraulic and electric pumps, generators, hoses, valves, HDPE pipe, and related accessories.
• Deploy at least five locally‑based field personnel (operators, mechanics, laborers, HDPE fusion technicians, pump‑watch staff) for set‑up, testing, operation, and emergency response (≤ 2 hrs).
• Deliver detailed work orders, adhere to Not‑to‑Exceed pricing, and assume liability for any wastewater overflows or spills.
