Description
The County of Gwinnett is seeking a qualified contractor to provide on‑call bypass pumping services for its water and wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, and gravity sewers. The contractor will supply, install, test, operate, and remove all required equipment, maintain standby equipment, and respond to both regular and emergency pumping calls on a “as‑needed” basis. Bidders must demonstrate at least five years of relevant experience, own a minimum inventory of pump units, and field a team of local personnel capable of rapid deployment. The contract is a competitive sealed‑bid, annual agreement beginning February 1 2027, with up to four one‑year renewal options, and pricing must be firm for the entire term.
