Budget estimate

$200,000 – $500,000

Based on typical lead‑abatement projects for a 2‑story commercial building in the Bay Area, costs usually range from $200,000 to $500,000 depending on the extent of lead‑containing paint, waste disposal fees, testing, and required safety controls. The high end accounts for extensive hazardous waste testing, multiple disposal sites, and premium labor rates in the region.
