Enrollment Operations Program Manager

The University of Massachusetts Lowell seeks a qualified professional to serve as an Enrollment Operations Program Manager for its Graduate, Online & Professional Studies division. The contractor will provide expert-level consulting, system integration, process redesign, and project management support across multiple enrollment‑related platforms (Slate, Salesforce, Summit, CAS, Sunapsis). Work will be performed primarily remotely with daily availability required during East Coast business hours, estimated at roughly 20 billable hours per week over a three‑year period. The engagement is funded on a time‑and‑material basis, with milestone‑based payments and a net‑45‑day invoicing schedule. • Lead implementation, optimization, and integration of Slate CRM and other enrollment systems. • Redesign enrollment workflows to improve efficiency, automate processes, and enhance applicant/student experience. • Manage international student processing, data governance, compliance (including SEVIS/Sunapsis), and privacy/security requirements. • Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams, obtaining necessary university approvals for system changes. • Provide regular status reporting, be available 9 a.m.–5 p.m. EST, and adhere to contractual terms (insurance, indemnification, PCI‑DSS, WCAG accessibility, etc.).
