Wyoming State Fair Dormitories Level I and Level II Studies

The Wyoming State Construction Department is seeking a professional service provider to conduct Level I and Level II studies for the Fort Bridger, Fort Laramie, and Fort Bonneville dormitories at the Wyoming State Fair in Douglas, WY. The successful provider will be responsible for determining the most cost-effective remedy approach for maintenance and rehabilitation of the three dormitory buildings, including cost estimating services. • The project will consist of space planning and programming for agency needs, Level I and Level II studies for each dormitory building, and cost estimating to approach potential solutions as an entire project or multiple components projects. • The provider must be a licensed architect or engineer in the state of Wyoming. • The project is expected to be completed by February 4, 2027. • The provider will be selected based on their qualifications, experience, and ability to meet the requirements of the RFQ.
