MDHHS - MiConnect Maintenance & Support RFP

The State of Michigan is seeking a contractor to provide IT professional services for the maintenance, support, and operations of the MiConnect solution. The contractor will work under the direction of the DTMB Agency Services staff to deliver technically skilled personnel. The proposal should include a detailed response to the vendor questions worksheet, resume templates, and pricing schedule. The State will evaluate proposals based on technical criteria, including vendor experience, staffing plan, and transition plan. • The MiConnect solution is a critical system for the State of Michigan, and the contractor will be expected to provide high-quality services to ensure its continued operation. • The contractor will be required to provide a team of technically skilled personnel to work on the MiConnect solution. • The State will evaluate proposals based on technical criteria, including vendor experience, staffing plan, and transition plan. • The contract is expected to start on May 3, 2027, and the contractor will be required to provide services for a period of time to be determined. • The State reserves the right to modify or cancel the solicitation at any time.
