The Air Force is seeking a qualified contractor to supply, install, and commission hard‑wired R‑410A refrigerant leak detection systems in 186 dormitory bedrooms across Buildings 750, 751, and 768 at Little Rock AFB, Arkansas. The work includes delivering all tools, equipment, materials, and qualified labor, completing the installation within 90 calendar days of material receipt, and providing training, commissioning, and a 12‑month warranty.
• Install leak detectors with audio/visual alerts (≥ 1,000 ppm) in each bedroom, mounted ~6 in. above floor in metal gang‑boxes.
• Provide all transportation, tools, equipment, materials, and qualified personnel; perform fire‑stopping, drywall repair, and repaint to match existing finishes.
• Conduct a mandatory site visit on 23 Oct 2026, respond to RFIs by 26 Oct 2026, and submit a firm‑fixed‑price offer by 02 Nov 2026.
