DISA Command, Control, Communications, and Computers Enterprise (J6 C4E) Directorate – Pentagon (J6P) Security Support Services (J6 S3)

The Department of Defense’s DISA J6 Directorate is seeking a qualified security‑services provider to deliver a full suite of physical, personnel, operations, industrial, and program‑protection security functions for numerous J6 facilities across the National Capital Region and select out‑of‑NCR sites. The effort includes program and project management, security advisory, PHYSEC inspections, PERSEC clearance processing, OPSEC assessments, INDUSEC compliance, COMSEC lifecycle support, and related reporting, all under stringent TS/SCI clearance requirements. • Provide enterprise‑level physical security program management (inspections, lock control, alarm testing, accreditation packets). • Manage personnel security lifecycle for thousands of users (clearance verification, VAR processing, CAC distribution). • Deliver OPSEC, INDUSEC, and COMSEC advisory, training, and documentation support on a weekly/monthly cadence. • Maintain rigorous reporting (weekly status, monthly status, IMS, SOPs, PPPs) with tight 30‑day delivery windows. • Staff the effort with TS/SCI‑cleared personnel, meet on‑site staffing requirements at multiple DC, VA, MD, and PA locations, and comply with 24×7 emergency response expectations.
