RTD Large Printing Contract

The Regional Transportation District (RTD) is seeking a vendor to provide large-format printing services for various marketing campaigns, service-related information, and other graphics. The contract will be for a period of 3 years, with two optional 1-year extensions. The vendor will be responsible for providing high-quality printing services, including interior train and bus marketing campaigns, vehicle exterior ads, system diagram decals, safety and instructional decals, internal posters, banners, and other graphics. The proposal should include a detailed technical proposal, cost proposal, and other required documents. • The vendor should have experience in large-format printing and be able to provide high-quality services. • The vendor should be able to meet the requirements of the contract, including providing printed materials in various sizes and configurations. • The vendor should be able to provide a detailed breakdown of their costs and pricing. • The vendor should be able to provide references and examples of previous work. • The vendor should be able to demonstrate their ability to provide high-quality printing services and meet the requirements of the contract.
